What’s up peeps?
Since writing my very long post about being healthy I have taken myself out for a cheeky 3.36km run and had a healthy lunch.
Now this might not seem like a lot of food or very healthy for that matter but myself and my sister started doing something called “The Military Diet” three weeks ago which is basically eating a specific meal with the specific amount of calories for breakfast, lunch and dinner three days every week. So far I like it, I feel like it’s part of a routine that makes me have to eat healthier three days a week which only leaves me four days to screw up my eight week plan! Haha,a lot of numbers and confusing things, but it works for me. Apart from keeping me from screwing up this diet has actually been very helpful, I’ve only been doing it for three weeks, like I said, but I do feel so much better and I have started seeing results in my figure, so I’m a happy girl! 🙂
