How’s your day been so far?
My day has been painful haha! I woke up at 7.45am and got C to school and when I got home I really really felt like I didn’t want to go for a run, like it was the absolut last thing I wanted to do at that point. I think it’s because of the rubbish night I’ve had, I had a great dream, but it got interrupted time after time by me waking up…
Anyway, I got my lazy ass out of the house and went for a 3.83k run at a 6.1km/h average speed with a 129m highest elevation where I burned 319kcal. My knees are still killing me and my lower legs are in so much pain, I can definitely tell that I’ve been running so many days now, but the pain is a reminder that I’m doing something, that I’m not just sitting around hoping for a miracle, I’m working for it.
Today is also rest-day from both squats and plank which I am oh so thankful for haha! I’m just now sitting in my dressing gown watching a few series before I head downstairs to have lunch. It’s the middle of The Military Diet and I’m actually so looking forward to todays both lunch and dinner, yay!
In a few hours I’m going to be going to Carmi’s place with Mr. Boss Man to help her move, we’re driving all of her things to Andrews place so she doesn’t have to take it all on trains and tubes. Plus I get to see her in the middle of the week, which normally doesn’t happen anymore 🙂
