I have decided to make some changes.

I’m no longer going to be doing The Military Diet, I think after all this time I’ve learnt what’s good and what’s not good and I’ve learnt to control my portions and how much is too much. I’ll still try and keep my eating habits as clean as possible but not restricting myself to that very specific diet. Another reason for this is that it’s ruining me, money wise. When I go to Tesco with Mr. Boss Man I try and get as many of the “ingredients” of my diet as possible but since we go shopping once every week and a half/two weeks some things won’t hold that long so I keep buying some ingredients on my own, which I honestly don’t have the money to be doing.

I have also made some changes to the squats and plank. I am still going strong with the squats, I feel like I can do them and they’re apparently good for my knees! But the plank was too much, I could not hold two and a half minutes, so I have taken it down to one and a half and will be doing that until I don’t feel like my body is breaking in half and just dying.

At this point in time I feel like this is what’s best for me right now and what feels right for my body, and that’s what were here for right? To make our bodys feel good!
